Steven Marchiano serves as JFS’s Chief Financial Officer, providing direct oversight and administration of the agency’s finances. He is responsible for the agency’s payroll, accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable, contracts, grants, audits, investments, and implementing innovative opportunities to ensure sound fiscal performance and solid organizational growth. Steve plays a crucial role in advancing JFS’s strategic vision that promotes wellness, eliminates barriers, and optimizes health for the communities served.

Before joining JFS, Steve was Executive Vice President of Finance, Administration, and Compliance at Cape Counseling Services, Inc.

Steve earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. He is a Certified Public Accountant, with professional affiliations including Vice Chair of the CFO Group for the New Jersey Association of Mental Health & Addiction Agencies (“NJAMHAA”), Stockton University School of Business Advisory Board member, Treasurer of the Cape Atlantic Integrated Network for Kids, and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Steve was presented with the Visible Impact Recognition Award by the NJAMHAA.
