At JFS, we dedicate ourselves to fostering individual, family, and community well-being through comprehensive education and support. The Rothenberg Center serves as both an education hub and resource, providing a range of services tailored to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our community. Educational Curriculums
JFS Educational and Wellness programs are tailored to enhance family dynamics and personal development. From effective parenting programs to skill-building workshops, JFS caters to parents, students, teachers, and athletic coaches alike. Led by highly-skilled and certified parent educators and specialists, our courses draw upon expertise in child and human development, psychology, and sociology. Personal Parent Support
Parenting is an important and rewarding job. In addition to group workshops, this program provides parents with the tools to effectively handle the multitude of issues families face. JFS offers Personal Parent Support to address specific problems, gain clarification, or uncover new insights relating to family relationships. This program offers direct guidance while teaching parents effective communication strategies to foster better relationships with their children.
Family Outreach and Recovery Enhancement (FORE)
This program offers a vital lifeline to parents with a history of substance use, providing them with comprehensive support and prevention services. Through a range of services such as group activities and self-help skills training, we strive to enhance the well-being and stability of our clients.
