Liza Allonardo has been appointed to the position of Director of Compliance for Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties (JFS). In this role, Liza will work closely with agency departments to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, licensing, and trainings. In addition, Liza will develop and implement processes that align with JFS’ mission-driven and core values.

Most recently, Liza worked as a Specialty Division Manager at Shore Physicians Group where she oversaw operations and budgets for the Centralized Scheduling Center. With 11 years of experience in healthcare administration, call center management, and healthcare compliance, Liza has built a career on improving systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring integrity through quality assurance, training, and development.

A graduate of Philadelphia University, Liza holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management.
