NFI & The Brown Family Fore Charity Golf Tournament Benefits JFS & JCC Katz Jewish Community Center Won the Trophy

Margate, NJ (May 28, 2024) – NFI & The Brown Family Golf Tournament Fore Charity, benefitting Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties (JFS) and the Milton & Betty Katz Jewish Community Center (JCC), raised nearly $300,000 to support both agencies. With more than 230 golfers participating in morning and afternoon play at the Atlantic City Country Club, Team JCC won the coveted trophy.

“The committee, staff and volunteers did an outstanding job putting together and hosting this tournament at the Atlantic City Country Club. The record funds raised will support programs and services at JFS and JCC,” said Andrea Steinberg, JFS Chief Executive Officer.

“We are grateful to our Naming Sponsor, NFI & The Brown Family, for their continued support of this annual fundraiser. We are also thankful to our other sponsors, supporters, and players who made this event successful,” said Marg Rosenblatt, Katz JCC Chief Executive Officer.

This year’s Tournament sponsors were Andalusian Private Capital, ARCO Design Build, and CBRE. The Awards Reception sponsors were Connor, Strong & Buckalew and Gencom. Land Services USA, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc., and Prologis served as Event sponsors. Freedom Mortgage presented as the Lunch sponsor and Cooper University Health Care fulfilled the Player Gift sponsor.

In addition, Fairway sponsors included Bridge View Paper Company, Cambridge Construction, Cozen O’Connor, Elite Roofing, Fox Rothschild, Joan & Craig Glick, Margaret & Howard Goldberg, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, Amy Herskowitz & Michael Lieberman, Land Services USA, Susan & Robert Lang, M&T Bank/Wilmington Trust, Markeim Chalmers, PNC Bank, ResinTech Inc., Supply It All, Surety Title Company, and Wells Fargo.

The JFS & JCC Golf Tournament featured a Hole in One contest where players had a chance to win a BMW i4 Electric Sedan provided by Turnersville BMW. After golfing, attendees enjoyed a dinner reception and award ceremony.
